Kind of like the audio equivalent of the Evil Dead series: patently absurd, knowingly over the top, but with the self awareness to pull it off and make damn sure you enjoy the ride. Pretty much everything I wanted this album to be.

Thank You, Inferi, for this album! unexpectedly for me, it became the "AOTY". I went through a three-year path from a neutral listener to a fan. This album is much higher than what you did before. I want to highlight the vocalist's work. It is very difficult to single out a favorite track, absolutely everyone likes it. I can highlight such moments as the ending of "Simian Hive", very cool riffs in "From Exile to Exaltation" and of course the whole epic "Mesmeric Horror".
